How does your CompTIA exam help actually work?
It’s really not that complicated. You just tell us what CompTIA exam you’ve booked along with the date, and time. Once we have that, we assign an expert who’s actually familiar with it. From there, the person logs in on your behalf, handles the full exam, and deliver you the results.
Is this a tutoring service or do you take the exam for me?
You’ve got both options. If you’re planning to take the exam yourself but just want a real human to support you through it, that’s something we can do easily. But if you’re too busy or just don’t want to deal with it at all, we also have experts who can log in and take the whole thing for you.
What do I need to provide before you start?
You just need to provide the exact CompTIA exam name, date, time, platform you’re using, and logins details. That’s all you need to share. You don’t have to send unnecessary stuff.
Can you help if my exam is in just a few hours?
Yes, we do take urgent requests even if your CompTIA exam is in a few hours. But it all depends on the availability of the expert so you should reach out as soon as possible. please bear in mind that last minute request may cause extra charges.
