Refund Policy

We know things can go off track. And when you’re trusting someone else with your CompTIA exam, you want to know what happens if something goes wrong. So, here’s our simple refund policy which you should read before requesting a refund.

When You Can Ask for a Refund

You’re eligible for a refund if:

  • We fail to attempt your CompTIA exam at the agreed date and time, despite confirmed payment and details.
  • There was a technical issue on our side that stopped us from completing the task (like if the expert couldn’t access the portal due to verified system error)


Important: Any refund request must come with clear proof. The refund will only be eligible if the fault was from our side.

When Refunds Don’t Apply

We don’t issue refunds in these situations:

  • If you gave us wrong login info and didn’t fix it in time before the exam
  • If you didn’t tell us your full exam instructions or time zone properly
  • If you cancel the order last-minute after we’ve already assigned an expert
  • If you go silent during a live exam and the expert can’t continue
  • If your exam gets locked or flagged because of a system/policy issue on the exam platform that’s not in our control
  • If you ask for a refund just because you changed your mind or no longer want the service after booking


Note: This is a live exam service. Once our expert logs in or starts preparing for your session, the time and slot are locked. That’s why cancellations after confirmation usually aren’t eligible for refund.

Transaction Fees + Timeline

  • A 15% transaction fee is charged on approved refunds to cover processing
  • Once approved, refunds may take 5–7 business days to appear in your account

How to Request a Refund

To start a refund request, just email our support team with:

  • Your full name
  • Your order ID
  • A clear explanation of what went wrong
